Jacobs is pursuing the Unmanned Aircraft System Operation Center Support (UASOCS) contract supporting multiple locations worldwide and with Operations based at Creech AFB, NV. The anticipated contract award date is August 2015.
We are seeking qualified individuals with experience in supporting the UASOCS contract.

Responsibilities:
Experience in designing, installing, and troubleshooting WAN computer networks and systems. Experience in designing, installing, and maintaining network equipment for distributed secure data, voice over IP, and real time streaming video. Demonstrated experience in problem solving skills and the ability to grasp new technologies providing solutions to complex problems. Experience supporting remote split operations and world-wide sensor dissemination including full-motion video for MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper operations is desired.

Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Candidate should possess an Associate's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of academic/technical/military training and/or work experience.
Possess minimum of 5 years' experience that includes experience (certification desired) in development and implementation of JUNIPER and CISCO. JNCIP (Juniper Network Certified Internet Professional) and Cisco Certified Network Professional required.
Minimum of 1 (one) year ATM architecture experience desired.
Trained in Information Assurance to DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II.
Candidate must possess at TS clearance and the ability to obtain SCI.
U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Physical Requirements:
Working at a computer or desk (Considerations: sitting, eyes, hands). May involve long periods of sitting or standing depending on current tasking. Must be able to carry a maximum of 35lbs and climb. May be exposed to areas of high noise levels. Must be able to fly in experimental aircraft during test flights.
Work Environment:
Work involves an inside office environment/cubicle. (Considerations: closed quarters, close together, limited lighting). Must be able to commute between buildings to support work requirements. Independent transportation necessary to support work requirements and to arrive at work site. No hazards on job site or any unusual environmental condition exists.
Equipment and Machines:
Personal computer, scanner, copy machine, telephone, laser printer, fax machine, and other office equipment including desk supplies
Attendance:
Full-time regular work hours between Monday-Friday (excluding Saturday & Sunday). Position may require occasional weekend or evening work depending on task requirements. Regular attendance is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings.

Essential Functions:
1) Needs to have clear, concise, and accurate communication skills.
2) Must have ability to work well with office staff and customer representatives.
3) Government security clearance may be required in the future.
4) Must be able to travel to support position requirements. This may include travel to and from customer location, which may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can be made for POV, if necessary.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
